Registration – You may register for any available class at any time. Our classes are based on a continuous learning system with no starting or ending point.
Tuition – Our tuition fees are monthly and based on an average of 4 classes per month.

Pre-School
This 60 minutes class is designed to increase the kinesthetic awareness, and develop the awareness of body movement while beginning more advanced gymnastics involvement on skills and basic postures. Gymnasts are required to wait in the line for their turn and focus the attention in the instructions. Students work in their strength and flexibility and use modified equipment to get introduced to the basics of the sport.
Level 1 (5-8)
This 60 minutes class introduces the athlete to the basic skills and the specific techniques for each competitive event: vault, bars, beam, floor. Conditioning is also a part of the class including some strength and flexibility. Students begin to learn gymnastics skills as rolls, handstands and cartwheels.
Level 1 (9+)
This 60 minutes class introduces the athlete to the basic skills and the specific techniques for each competitive event: vault, bars, beam, floor. Conditioning is also a part of the class including some strength and flexibility. Students begin to learn gymnastics skills as rolls, handstands and cartwheels.
Boys (6-9)
60 min class going through techniques, skills, flexibility and strength of all 6 competitive men’s gymnastics events (Floor, Pommel Horse, Still rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar), using trampolines and ropes, with the safety of a in-ground foamed pit.
Boys (10+)
One hour of skills, conditioning, and flexibility covering all 6 competitive events (Floor, Pommel Horse, Still rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar). This class intends to develop the basics techniques in a way that an older boy needs.
Trampoline
This 60 minute class introduces awareness and develops coordination through various exercises such as flips, twists and combinations of both. We also work on development of the core which is a set of muscles that is most relevant to tumbling and trampoline.
Zumba
Zumba is a Latin inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements. A Zumba class aka Zumba Fitness Party combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Previous dance experience is not necessary! It’s fun, it’s different, it’s easy, and it’s effective. It’s simply a workout in disguise! Grab your water, towel, and smile and let’s party ourselves into shape!
Rhythmic Beginner
Gymnasts are introduced to the basics of rhythmic gymnastics with a great emphasis in dance, rhythm, grace and eye-hand coordination. The use apparatus are rope, ribbon, hoop, ball. In this discipline, the gymnasts perform jumps, toss, leaps and other moves with different types of apparatus, and are judged much more on their grace, dance ability and coordination than their power or tumbling.
High School Gymnastics
This three hour class is specifically designed for high school students. The class includes physical preparation and a workout in vault, bars, beam and floor.
Cheerleading-Tumbling
Learn tumbling with our gymnastic coaches! Our tumbling classes teach girls the tumbling skills necessary to be great cheerleaders. Strength and flexibility are emphasized and their jumps will be higher and in better form with our trampoline training.
