Our Staff
Our exceptional world-class trained professionals bring extensive education and training from Russia, China, Romania, Europe, and here in the United States. Our staff is committed to helping athletes reach their goals starting with the basics of gymnastics, endurance, conditioning, and more. We pride ourselves by teaching responsibility, leadership skills and garnering a lifelong love and respect for the sport of gymnastics.
Our Facility
We are proud to offer the largest and best equipped National Training Center in this area. The facility consists of a 16,200 square foot air-conditioned facility designed to be the safest environment possible.
Our Classes
Our recreational programs develop coordination, strength, flexibility, and agility through motor skill activities and progressive gymnastic skills. Our Level program provides the opportunity for our students to develop from the beginner Level to the Elite International Level. Children are trained on all Olympic apparatus, including trampoline. Each child experiences success and individual accomplishments with each new skill learned. Classes can be one or two hours per week. Two classes weekly are recommended for children to improve their motor skills. As students’ progress, they can be moved to more advanced classes that will enhance their skills even further.
Classes
We offer monthly and 3-month session rates to fit your needs which provides exceptional savings. Excalibur Gymnastics is proud to offer Parent and Me classes, Preschool, Tumbling, Boys, and all skill levels up to high school. Our annual registration fee is just $25! Sign up today! The fun never ends at Excalibur Gymnastics, we even offer a School Day Off Camp where children can let off steam in a safe and fun environment when the Virginia Beach Public School System is closed. Our team camps train at our state-of-the-art facility while working out with our Elite and National Gymnasts and National Team Coaches. Several options are available to hone in on skills, compete and practice. In addition to all the services we offer, Excalibur Gymnastics is the perfect spot for field trips. A field trip to Excalibur is a fun, inexpensive, and healthy treat for any daycare center or school! Gymnastics builds agility, strength, flexibility, fitness, self-esteem, confidence, concentration and coordination. Children receive a full hour of fun, games and selected gymnastics all catered to their particular age group.
Birthday Parties
Birthday parties at Excalibur are fun for all ages! Make your child’s birthday special with memories that will last a lifetime. Our various packages include gym time, instructions, invitations, table, chairs, cups, napkins, and much more. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling your unforgettable party.
