Support for the individual athlete

HUGS is designed for athletes with neurological, physical, or emotional needs. Experienced staff and volunteers help each gymnast participate in a setting that is welcoming, patient, and focused on steady progress.

Before the first class

A Participant Modification Plan must be completed before the gymnast's first class. Email the Adaptive Coordinator at adaptive@excalibur-gymnastics.com to discuss the athlete's needs, learn about the process, and confirm current class availability.
